Our sunny, very private holiday home Casa Ay Caramba is located in a quiet residential area of Els Poblets, close to the sea. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and an open-plan living/dining room with a modern kitchen.
A fully-glazed terrace offers a dining table for 6–8 people plus comfortable seating. A second, smaller terrace leads to the outdoor area with a private saltwater swimming pool (6×4.5m), a pergola with a retractable awning, a BBQ area and a lawn for sunbathing.
Both the pebble beach and the sandy beach are within easy walking distance – only about 900 metres away.
The bus connection to Dénia is 8 km away. Locally you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and cash machines. German-speaking doctors, dentists and physiotherapists are within walking distance. The nearest 18-hole golf courses (Oliva Nova and La Sella) are each just 15 minutes away.
