Our sunny, very private holiday home Casa Ay Caramba is located in a quiet residential area of Els Poblets (near Denia/Alicante/Spain), close to the sea. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 1 living/dining room with an open, modern kitchen.
The large, fully-glazed terrace features a dining table for 6-8 people, as well as a cosy seating area with sofa and armchairs that invites you to relax. From the terrace you reach a further, small terrace with a cosy seating area, as well as direct access to the beautifully designed outdoor area. There you'll find a fixed pergola, the private saltwater pool (6 × 4.5 m), a second pergola with a retractable awning, a BBQ area and a spacious lawn for sunbathing – the perfect place to relax and enjoy. Various seating areas can be found around the house.
Both the pebble beach and the sandy beach are within easy walking distance (approx. 900 metres).
The excellent location allows you to enjoy a relaxed stay with no long distances to cover. The bus stop, with regular connections to the picturesque coastal town of Dénia (approx. 8 km), is a comfortable walk away.
In the village you will find everything you need for daily life: cosy bars, excellent restaurants, supermarkets and cash machines. The offering is rounded out by several bakeries and a small German supermarket.
Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the renowned 18-hole golf courses Oliva Nova and La Sella, both reachable in around 15 minutes by car.
German- and English-speaking doctors, dentists and physiotherapists are within walking distance, providing extra peace of mind and comfort during your stay.
