Electricity (up to 150 kWh/week), water and fibre-optic internet are included in the price.
The final cleaning fee is payable in cash on arrival. During high season (June–September) the minimum stay is 7 nights, in May 3 nights – exceptions may be possible in individual cases. Prices for the 2027 season are expected to increase by €10 per night.
